My name is Rachael and I helm this ship of awesomeness called Glass of Win. I believe that life is not to be squandered, and settling for less than you are worth is not an option. Everyone has something to contribute in this world, and this is the beginning of my contribution. Striving to help and inspire others, I will not be daunted. Sit back, relax, and pour yourself a glass of win.

I was born with a congenital heart defect. This anomaly has thrown me a severe curve ball in life, and carving a place for myself in this world has been a continuing unique, albeit challenging, experience. Heavily relying on the compassion and support of my family, health care providers and the systems in place to assist those living with a disability, I refuse to be a bump on a log, lamenting about the injustice of the universe, or the mercilessness of genetics. Instead I am sharing my creative outlets for the world to see, read, and listen. I have yet to solidify a path for myself with my endeavors, but everyone has to start somewhere, and for me, it's right here.
