Sapphire Lychee Martini – Wokcano

It is almost a guarantee that I will order lychee flavored cocktails when they are available. This did not disappoint and just the memory of it has me craving one. Well, that and the sun finally came out here in Cork so I want a celebratory girly drink. I head home in less than a week and I am already missing Cork. Trying to cram as much shopping/eating/friend time as humanly possible before I go. There is just never enough time to be here. If I return next June, can I just officially call Cork City my home away from home?
