Homemade Eggs Benny
Eggs Benedict are my favorite breakfast item ever, with biscuits and gravy a nano-inch behind. Steffie recommended the new Hollandaise sauce at Trader Joe’s so I took it upon myself to conduct a study spanning over a good week, noshing on this precise recipe: toasted English muffin, Canadian ham (also from Trader Joe’s), perfectly sunny egg and sauce. Tests results concluded that the sauce is indeed delicious and that I will never, ever tire of Eggs Benedict. My favorite change up is to swap the ham for a crab cake. Mmm, mmm, mmm! Salmon or spinach is another favorite as well.
